At Bunbliss Hair, we take pride in offering premium quality raw hair extensions and custom wigs. Because our products are considered hygiene-sensitive, we have a no returns, no refund policy to protect all customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Pre-Order Policy
At Bunbliss Hair, select items are available for pre-order to ensure exceptional quality, ethical sourcing, and custom preparation.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock but is currently being sourced or custom prepared exclusively for you.
Pre-Order Processing Time
- Pre-order items require 7–21 business days for processing before shipment.
- Processing begins once full payment is received.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order.
- Orders will not be processed until payment is completed.
Please note: Processing times may vary slightly due to sourcing and quality control. We take the extra time to deliver hair that meets Bunbliss standards.
Returns
- Due to the nature of our hair products, all sales are final once the order has been placed.
- All Pre-order sales are final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted.
- Pre-order orders cannot be modified, changed or canceled once place.
- We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges on all hair products.
- We cannot accept returns on wigs, hair extensions, closures or frontals that have been opened, worn, installed, colored, bleached, altered in any form or removed from original packaging.

Returns are only accepted if:
- There was an error on our end, You received wrong product.
- The product is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused and\or altered in any form).
- The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for eligible returns that meet the above conditions in the form of a store credit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you must place a new order once your return has been approved.
Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediate within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@bunblisshair.com.
- Provide your order number and brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and original packaging.
We will review your claim and if approved, further instructions will be provided via email.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items, clearance products and customized wigs are non-returnable.
- Products altered in any way (dyed, bleached, cut, installed, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund.
- Requests submitted after 48 hours.

Processing Times
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment.
All processing times are calculated in business days only, (weekends and holidays are not included). Processing begins 1-3 business day after you placed an order and payment is confirmed.
- Orders ship within 7-14 business days for Indian hair products, (wavy, straight, closure, frontal).
- Cambodian hair textures ships 7-21 business days
- Custom wigs require extra time 4-6 weeks.
- Premium hair 3-5 business days.
Shipping Options

- Rates shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
- Domestic: 3-7 business days.
- International: 7-21 business days.
- Times may vary due to customs, weather or courier delays.
Tracking
Tracking number sent by email after shipment. Updates may take 24–48 hours.
Incorrect Addresses
Customer responsible for correct shipping details. Bunbliss Hair is not liable for delays or losses from wrong addresses.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
- Once marked “delivered” by courier, Bunbliss Hair is not liable.
- Please contact shipping courier directly if issues arise.
Signature Confirmation
Orders $500 and above will required signature.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for duties, taxes and customs fees.
Chargeback & Dispute
- If there is an issue with your order, contact us at info@bunblisshair.com within 48 hours of receiving your order for resolution.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in a permanent ban from future purchases and possible legal action.
- By completing your purchase, you agree to not initiate chargeback or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider.
