At Bunbliss Hair, we pride ourselves on providing 100% authentic raw human hair. Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or refunds on customs wigs, hair extensions or any hair products once order have been placed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. 

Incorrect or Defective Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bunblisshair.com.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered and in its original packaging.
  • Once approved, we will notify you via email and issue store credit.

No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong length/texture or dissatisfaction with curl/wave patterns.
  • Please note: Because raw hair is natural, patterns and textures may slightly vary from bundle to bundle.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Shipping Errors or Damages

  • Bunbliss Hair is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for replacing the order. Contact shipping carrier if issues arise. 

Custom Wigs & Units

  • All custom wigs and units are made-to-order and non-refundable.
  • Please ensure measurements, lengths and specifications are correct before submitting your order.

Store Credit

  • In the rare case a return is approved, only store credit will be issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If there is an issue with your order, contact us at info@bunblisshair.com within 48 hours of receiving your order for resolution.
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in a permanent ban from future purchases and possible legal action. 

By completing your purchase, you agree to not initiate chargeback or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider.
